Malika Igibaeva

About

Malika Igibaeva is the founder of SHŪ Studio: gamification for business, game products and creative startups. She has built interactive solutions for large companies and public institutions — from construction and telecoms to national museums and major industry events.

She has worked as a game designer on commercial projects and advises companies on game mechanics. She coordinates a committee at the Creative Industries Alliance of Kazakhstan and sits on industry expert councils. She has taught game development, 2D and 3D graphics at AlmaU, Nazarbayev University and Quantum Tech and supervised 20+ graduation projects. Yessenov Foundation fellow (2023).
