He started at Kcell, leading the small and medium business channel across Kazakhstan: the commercial network, regional teams, corporate sales processes and a training programme for the commercial division.

He then headed the Kazakhstan business of the fintech company PayBox.money (FreedomPay), which operated in five countries: scaling, partner networks and payment flows for e-commerce. PayBox.money later went through an M&A deal and was sold to a large international holding.

Since 2022 he has been co-founder of the independent studio Cyber Temple. As CBDO and Product Owner he leads product, commercial strategy, publishing and distribution on international platforms. The city-builder DarkSwitch reached Steam's top new releases in the city-builder genre and was shown at Gamescom, Future Games Show and GDC. It launched on Steam on 9 April 2026: a 20+ hour campaign, 80+ buildings, seven languages including Kazakh, and a soundtrack by Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka.
