A month of making games with AI
Five tracks for different people — from a schoolkid to a studio — in one programme: one entry, one intensive, one AI-disclosure rule and one finale on the stage of AI & Digital Bridge 2026.
Tracks of the month
GenAI Jam
Twelve days to a playable web game with generative AI in at least two of the four production layers. The finale is a pitch of the ten best on the forum stage.
Open the event →PUBG Hackathon
A World of Wonder jam with leading Kazakhstan universities: teams build maps in the PUBG MOBILE editor.
Open the event →GameDev Creaton
Ten days making creatives for a game that is actually shipping: vertical videos, statics, UGC, a character-blogger, a short visual novel. The best work goes into a live campaign — and the author sees a click-through rate and a cost per wishlist, not a jury score. No coding required.
Register interest ↓ROBLOX Hackathon
Ten days: a two-day offline kickoff, a week of development, a final. The outcome is a published playable experience, not a file in a folder. AI is allowed and disclosed layer by layer.
Register interest ↓Minecraftstan
Three weeks: teams rebuild real places of Kazakhstan in blocks — and turn them into somewhere you can actually do something: a route, a quest, a tour.
Register interest ↓What every track shares
One application for the whole programme: pick a track, we write to you next.
Creata Academy sessions and recordings are open to every track; part of the programme is shared.
Where AI was used, it is disclosed layer by layer: code, art, audio, video and narrative. A condition of entry, not a suggestion.
Track winners meet one audience during AI & Digital Bridge 2026.
The adult and teen tracks are kept apart
18+ — GenAI Jam, PUBG Hackathon, GameDev Creaton: standard jam rules.
Teen tracks — ROBLOX Hackathon and Minecraftstan: written parental consent before admission, names and photos published only with consent, adults are never alone with children, separate communication channels.
